Join us at 2pm SLT today, Monday 7th November, for the new episode of Designing Worlds at our studio in Garden of Dreams – where we visit Burn2 and celebrate the life and work of Ladyslipper Constantine!

Burn 2 is the inworld realisation of the famous Burning Man Festival held annually in the Nevada desert. We’ll be looking at some of the amazing art of display, taking a balloon trip around the site, seeing the famous Burning of the Man and the Burning of the Temple, and talking to Duna Gant and iSkye Silverweb, who were both centrally involved in Burn2 this year.

We’ll also be remembering Ladyslipper Constantine, a dedicated Burner and a keen Lamplighter at Burn2 events, who died recently. Saffia filmed a special Celebration of her life and work as a volunteer for numerous organisations and events in Second Life; an extract from this is shown in the episode, but you can also watch the full Celebration here:
